Planroom is a service operated by Hart Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 696 566 195), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Planroom service.
What we collect
When you authorise Planroom to connect to your project management systems (such as Procore, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms), we receive only the information necessary to synchronise your project's drawing register. This typically includes drawing files, drawing metadata (sheet numbers, revisions, transmittal references), the names and email addresses of project team members involved in document control, and authentication credentials issued by your project system.
We do not collect financial information, personal information beyond what is required for service operation, or any data from systems you have not explicitly authorised.
How we use information
Information collected through authorised integrations is used solely to provide the Planroom service: maintaining your project's drawing register, detecting changes between revisions, and notifying authorised users of updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store information
Project data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Files are retained according to your project's lifecycle (typically 12 months from last activity, configurable per customer) and then purged. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or revoke our access to your project systems at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
