Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Planroom service operated by Hart Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 696 566 195), a company registered in Queensland, Australia. By using Planroom you agree to these terms.

The service

Planroom is a drawing register management service for construction projects. It connects to project management systems you authorise (such as Procore, SharePoint, or similar) and synchronises drawing revision data into a unified register on your behalf.

Authorised use

You may use Planroom only on projects for which you have authority to share drawing data, and only to connect to systems for which you have authority to grant integration access. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Planroom complies with any agreements you have with your clients, partners, and software vendors.

Service availability

We aim to make Planroom available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled outages may occur. We will not be liable for losses arising from service interruption.

Data and retention

Drawings and project data you provide remain your property. We retain drawing files for the active life of your project plus 12 months of inactivity by default, after which source files are purged from our systems. Metadata records are retained longer for audit purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Limitations of liability

Planroom provides a synchronisation and detection service; it does not replace your obligation to perform proper document control, review, and approval processes on your projects. We make no warranty that Planroom will detect every change or identify every drawing correctly, and we disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may terminate your use of Planroom at any time by revoking our access to your project systems. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
